Generally, all are mature business people with over 20 years senior management experience, either as Chief Executive, President, Division Head or Executive Director. Kaart advisors have experienced first hand the pressures, stresses and joys of running a business. Many have started up, run and eventually sold their own businesses; others have run some of the best-known businesses in the world. In short, Kaart advisors have been there, seen it, and survived to tell the story! Dr. James Norris, CEO. Jim has more than twenty years' experience as a chief executive, board member, trainer, and business advisor. His has led a successful start-up, guided another start-up during the transition from founder to more institutionalized leadership, and assumed leadership of an established organization that was rapidly losing market share. Jim has presented at numerous conferences and workshops. He served on the Little Hoover Commission’s Education Finance Advisory Committee and was appointed as an advisor to the California State Superintendent of Public Instruction. He was honored with a White House invitation for his efforts on the organization redesign of schools. Jim earned a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, as well as Master’s degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Public Administration & Policy. He is an Adjunct Professor of Business and Management at Benedictine University. Bob Banasik. Bob has been a life-long entrepreneur and has started, built up, and sold several businesses. With experience and successes in retail, strategic marketing, and business finance, Bob brings a global vision perspective to business opportunities and challenges with an unbiased perspective. Specific expertise includes Digital Imaging, IT and ASP solutions, HR, New Market Development, Strategic Planning, and Consumer Products. Bob believes that success in business means many things, but turning an entrepreneur's sense of urgency into sustainable profit streams, building assets, planned growth, and a comfortable exit strategy should always be the primary goals. Randy Council. Randy has over 25 years of first hand experience in executive human resources, retail operations and asset protection. He specializes in employee selection, development, management and retention. He is passionate about helping business owners with their people needs. Randy is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and is a Certified Forensic Interviewer (CFI). Randy serves on his local Fire and Police Commission Board and volunteers his time within his community. He has a been a guest lecturer at universities, as well national business associations. Jennifer Crews. Jennifer has more than 15 years of leadership experience bringing products to market and managing businesses in large corporations and small companies alike.
