The CorrPro steam joint is mounted directly to the bearing housing cover to provide accurate and rigid alignment to the roll journal. The CorrPro seal is balanced to provide for long service life and is designed specifically for high-speed, modern single-facers.

Moisture and Curl Control Solutions The feature that enables both the Steam-Foil and the Narrow Web DeCurler profiling systems to provide high levels of moisture and curl control is its patented Coanda® nozzle. The Coanda nozzle, derived from Kadant’s floatation dryer experience, has been utilized by the paper, converting, and printing industries for more than 25 years. It was the combination of the nozzle with Kadant steam shower technology that provided these breakthrough products.
