Michaele is an intellectual property attorney whose practice emphasizes mechanical technologies with respect to U.S. and foreign patent prosecution, preparation of opinions on patent infringement and validity, and client counseling.

José has years of experience in corporate transactional work, intellectual property law, mergers and acquisitions and litigation gained through many years of in-house leadership positions held at American Medical Systems, Inc., Motorola and Square D Company as well as outside law firm partner positions held at two Minneapolis law firms. This cumulative experience of in-house and outside practice has enabled Jose to combine the rigor and quality of outside practice with the in-house counsel capabilities of responsiveness, business teamwork and empathy demanded by our corporate clients.

David is one of the managing partners of the firm. David focuses his practice in chemical, pharmaceutical, and agricultural technologies and has extensive experience in many aspects of intellectual property law.
