KAKE FOODS INC. was created in March of 1997 to produce and sell value processed seafoods from Kake Fisheries and Pelican Seafoods. The first year was spent building our multimillion dollar processing facility, developing technologies and conducting research and development into producing a wide range of value enhanced seafood products. Our facility boasts several state of the art technologies: waste heat recovery system (free hot water and free heat), pressurized vacuum briner, vacuum extrusion systems, world class smokers and dryers, bone removal machines and a host of ancillary equipment necessary to produce quality value enhanced seafoods.
