Kalin Associates provides architectural specification writing services for architects, corporations and building product manufacturers. Since 1984, Kalin Associates has provided construction specifications for more than 3,000 projects with a total construction value of over $40 billion. Our services range from preparing specifications for private, public bid, and LEED projects, to master specifications for design offices and corporate owners, guide specifications for building product manufacturers, and specification management and education.

Specification Writer Caroline has several years experience in the architectural field serving as Specifications Assistant, Administrative Assistant, and AIA Contract Administrator. She is certified in Construction Documents Technology from the Construction Specifications Institute.

The new, award-winning trial court at the corner of Borden Way and South Main Street sits in the heart of downtown Fall River, Massachusetts. Each 30,000 sf floor within the five-story building provides space for the Bristol County Superior Court and Fall River District Court. Designed by Finegold Alexander + Associates , the LEED Silver–certified project includes nine courtrooms and a law library, with state-of-the-art security and technology and natural lighting.

Associate Principal Lee is a registered architect and LEED-accredited professional with more than 25 years of experience in specification writing and construction administration, with a focus on institutional, office, and commercial projects.
