News Sign up now for 2009 CSA Subscriptions 2009 CSA crop shares (full and half shares) are still available for Buffalo pickup. Shares for Excelsior pickup are sold out. See CSA tab for more information and application. Full shares include a dozen eggs each week, half shares get eggs every other week. A full 6 months starting in early May going thru end of October. Full shares are $650, half shares are $375. Trumpeter Swan Farm Phil and Kathy farm 40 acres, raising fruits and vegetables including asparagus, strawberries, raspberries, asparagus, summer squash, cucumbers, peas and beans, tomates and peppers, sweet corn, and winter squash. Select produce is also home processed into canned goods like strawberry jam, raspberry jelly, corn relish and salsa. We also have brown eggs produced by our never caged, free range chickens. These products are sold at our farm, at the Buffalo Farmers Market (Sat. AM) and at the Excelsior Farmers Market (Thurs. PM) May - October. We accept pre-orders for canning quantities. We also offer full and half share CSA memberships for 26 weekly deliveries starting in early May going thru end of October.
