Stacey Kargman, N.M.D., L.Ac. Stacey Kargman, N.M.D, L.Ac., is a Board-certified Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine and Diplomate of Acupuncture. She is licensed by the Naturopathic Board of Medical Examiners and the Maryland Board of Acupuncture. After graduating from Hampshire College, with a B.A. in psychology and women's studies, she received her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine and Master's in TCM Acupuncture degrees from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona in 1996 and 1997, respectively.
