Description

Kawkawlin Roofing Co. was established in May, 1964 by Wesley E. Gittins and Irene Gittins as a sole proprietorship with seventeen years experience in the roofing industry. The company was incorporated in December, 1975 with Wesley as President and Irene as Secretary/Treasurer. Norman Gittins, their son, started in the business doing bookwork in 1969 and then out on the job sites in 1973. Norman was elected Vice President in 1977 and then elected President in 1992 upon the retirement of Wesley.
