The 2013 edition of the Guidebook incorporates legislative and regulatory changes since the 2012 Guidebook was published. The eleven chapters and introductory materials that comprise the Guidebook were written, revised and updated by tax professionals who have years of experience in West Virginia state and local tax matters. These practitioners include: Steven R. Broadwater, Victor Grigoraci, C. Page Hamrick, III, Kevin Highlander, John A. Mairs, Lydia S. McKee, David Phillips, Herschel H. Rose, III, and Dale W. Steager. The Guidebook was edited by Dale W. Steager.

After more than a quarter of a century in publication, Best Lawyers is designating “Lawyers of the Year” in high-profile legal specialties in large legal communities. - Member James M. Sturgeon, Jr was recently elected to the 2014 executive council of the Society of American Period Furniture Makers. With chapters throughout the United States, this educational charity is dedicated to promoting furniture making.
