Kazork was brought to my attention by a young lady who I had been working with for some time to find either a home to live in or an investment. Your procedure was easy to follow although it was completely unknown to me. Although we were bumped out by a higher offer initially, we were contacted a few days later to let us know that the high offer dropped out and our offer was accepted ... I would look forward to working with Kazork again if the opportunity arises.
