Keeley Investment Corp., a registered Broker/Dealer, was formed in 1977 by John L. Keeley, Jr., a Chartered Financial Analyst, to provide research and brokerage services to a limited number of institutional and individual clients. We also provide professional management of investments through our affiliated registered investment advisor, Keeley Asset Management Corp. (KAMCO), which was founded in 1982.

Current trends indicate that the brokerage firms of the future will become larger and more impersonal. However, at Keeley Investment Corp., we feel many investors still seek the service of a firm that can provide the personal attention of knowledgeable, experienced brokers to help clients achieve their investment goals; on average, our brokers have over twenty years experience in the industry.
