PAUL DAVID KELL June 29, 1947 - August 24, 2011 Paul became a member of the St. Clair Association of REALTORS ®, January 26, 1988 and was a licensed REALTOR ®/Broker, for over 20 years. He was the owner of Kell Realty. He served on The St. Clair Association of REALTORS Board of Directors and served as President in 1992. He was the 1999 REALTOR ® of the Year. He continually stressed professionalism and had a strong sense of civic duty. His extensive experience in the real estate industry, and his ability to resolve issues on all levels made him a true leader in the St.

Josh began his real estate career in 2004 after graduating from the University of Alabama with his degree in Real Estate Finance. Josh has been involved in the real estate business his entire life, and has experience in everything from land development to assisting buyers and sellers in transactions of homes, land, and commercial properties. He has served on the Board of Directors for the St Clair County Association of Realtors and sits on the St Clair County Public Building Authority. Josh is married to Kristin McClendon Kell, and is a member of Mt Lebanon FCM Church.

Karen has served as President of The Etowah County Association of Realtors. She was awarded by her fellow realtors the honored "Realtor of the Year" for the year 2000. Since 1998, her career in the Real Estate Profession has generated multi-million dollars in real estate transactions and has earned her the "Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Club" designation.
