Jim is the firm’s founder and former CEO. In his current role as Executive Associate, Jim serves as a senior advisor to KAA and is dedicated to delivering value-added strategic management services to both our industry and government clients. He has over 30 years of broad engineering, program and general management as well as marketing experience in both the private and public sectors.

Throughout its history, Kelly, Anderson’s goal has been to provide services to its clients that support agency mission needs. We continue this tradition today, as a 100% employee-owned small business with a distinguished clientele list of industrial and federal clients.

We provide support to higher education institutions to obtain grant funding to further their research capabilities.
