Kelly Box has worked with college students at IPFW's Innovation Center to develop a proprietary, web-based Quote and Sample System. This system makes it easier for sales people to develop and manage new samples and produce quotes, along with helping students applying what they have learned in the classroom to the real world.

For over fifty years we have always believed that if we take care of the customer first, the sales will follow. This is why we invest in the customer and deliver beyond expectations. We've developed state-of-the-art plant management tools that are linked with customer service in real time. The heart of our customer service is our dedicated customer service team, which are connected to every aspect of the business. They work closely with the sales people, shipping department, production floor, design team, and quality department. This ensures every order is processed quickly and accurately.
