Our IT blueprint includes robust software applications for our truckload and LTL brokerage business. Phase one of our platform was put in place in 2012 – we've implemented three major upgrades since then, as well as numerous enhancements. As we continue to execute our master plan, a stream of incremental benefits will pour into our customer relationships.
