Our staff has the experience to work with you on your project from research & development and design through FDA approval. In addition to working with top medical device manufacturers, our etched products and components have received CE Mark and FDA approval for our customers.

KEMAC is committed to consistently delivery quality products and services that meet or exceed our customer’s expectations. Our mission is to provide total customer satisfaction through fast turnaround of high quality photo chemically machined metal parts .

At Kemac Technology, we take pride in the high quality titanium parts that are produced with our chemical etching process. Titanium is a biocompatible material and is very popular in both the medical field as well as the aerospace industry. Combined with our parent company, Tecomet, we are the top etching company for titanium medical products. We specialize in maxillofacial mesh, drug delivery devices and spinal components. Our company has dedicated resources to meet your medical needs, including clean rooms and automated visual inspection equipment.

Kemac Technology has earned the reputation for manufacturing high quality aluminum chemically-etched parts . We specialize in high precision, very thin aluminum foils machined with excellent feature and tolerance control, ensuring that the components we manufacture meet the most exacting requirements. We can successfully etch production aluminum components that are 0.0005 inches thick, or 10% of the thickness of a human hair. We can also etch aluminum as thick as 0.040 inches.

Kemac’s state-of-the-art chemical etching process is cost-effective and repeatable, producing even the most intricate parts reliably and to the tightest tolerances. We are experienced in working with Alloy 42 and machine components to accommodate the unique properties of the alloy to ensure high performance for the finished part. Our etching process can be used to create exacting half-etch and partial-etch areas that can be used to create features with varying thicknesses, mark the surface of a component with a logo or part number and facilitate bending during fabrication and assembly.
