Our dynamic multi-disciplinary team, (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Child Psychiatry evaluations & counseling consultations), is dedicated to providing quality therapy services in a family-oriented facility. All therapies include in-depth evaluations and individual treatment plans. Functional goals and outcomes are determined. Increased independence and quality of life is our ultimate goal for all those we serve. Kenai Kids Therapy treatment rooms and innovative equipment is designed to mirror playful activities to the child, yet the therapists are actually drawing upon extensive training and skill to provide challenging therapeutic activities aimed at developing greater capabilities and skill levels.

At KKT our physical therapists, speech therapists and occupational therapists have training and experience in sensory integration theory and techniques. Sensory processing impairments affect all areas of childhood development. At Kenai Kids Therapy our therapists use a multi-disciplinary approach to working with each child affected by sensory processing disorders.

Erin Brinkley Physical Therapist Erin Brinkley is a graduate of the Andrews University Physical Therapy program in Berrien Springs, Michigan. Since 2003 she has had extensive work and volunteer experience in the US and overseas. She has diverse experience working with patients who have orthopedic and neurological diagnosis. She has been a member of the KKT team since 2013.

Kirsten Kempf Speech Language PathologistAssistant Kris grew up in Kenai graduating from KCHS. She completed her AAS degree working as an SLPA for over 10 years at various Kenai Peninsula schools. Kris joined Kenai Kids Therapy in February of 2012. She has 3 great kids keeping her busy and entertained year round.

Kathy moved to Alaska when she was 9 years old and has enjoyed it ever since. She received her Occupational Therapy degree from University of Puget Sound in 1982 and has been working with both children and adults ever since! She is the owner of two therapy practices; Occupational Rehab Services and Alaska Aquatic Therapy. God has blessed both her businesses and her new partnership with Lisa and Michael at Kenai Kids Therapy. Her greatest delight is working with children and their parents to increase their independence for the future. She married her high school sweetheart, Neldon, and has been blessed with three grown children. Kathy loves adventure, traveling, being surrounded by family and creating goodies in the kitchen.
