She works hard on her dancing, taking lessons four times and regularly attending our Friday night party. Whenever the studio hosts a Showcase Dance Party, Sookie is sure to be there supporting our studio. But few people know that during the day, Sookie plays a major role in operating the leading legal newspaper in the county. In fact, she is Vice President of Legals at the Daily Business Review. Sookie has been working at the Review for over 31 years and is a highly recognized member of the Miami-Dade legal Community. Recently she was honored by having an award named in her behalf. The Sookie Williams Award is now given each year to an honored member of the legal community. The first person to earn this award is Joseph Farina, Chief Judge of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit. Sookie presented the award at a downtown luncheon with many of her family and friends there sharing in the celebration. All of Kendall Dance Studio salutes her. Go Sookie!!
