Kennet seeks a shared commitment to success in supporting entrepreneurs who have the character and ambition necessary to build world-class companies.With approximately $300m under management, Kennet serves Europe and the US with offices in London and Silicon Valley. We are typically the lead investor and often the first professional investor in a private company. We commit between $4 million and $20 million per portfolio company, and can often lead larger investment rounds in syndication with our investment partners. The companies we invest in are maturing technology or services businesses tackling growth markets, which are seeking a partner to build long-term shareholder value. Companies we work with typically have a successful revenue history, with sales ranging from $4 million to $50 million annually. Our capital is typically used to fund sales growth, new product lines, acquisitions, and/or to provide liquidity to existing shareholders.Kennet's investment professionals have a combination of operational, private equity and corporate finance experience, and they work proactively with management to deliver exceptional growth. In particular, Kennet helps its companies with international business development, executive recruitment, strategy formulation and corporate finance initiatives.
