7/99-Present Independent Edwards Consultant Currently working on an Advance Warehousing and Inventory Management implementation. Working with RPG ILE on string printing requirements. 2/97-7/99 Senior Principal Consultant Keane Inc Edwards National Practices, Bedford, NH Principal responsibility was to provide technical and project management assistance in implementation of new releases of J. D. Edwards. Approximately fifty per cent of my time was spent programming, 25 per cent assisting other programmers and 25 per cent managing reporting and product deliverables. Have worked with sales order processing, advanced pricing, inventory management, accounts receivable, general ledger 11/89-1/97 Senior Technical Staff Merchant Data Solutions, Albany, NY Principal responsibility was to install an AS/400 RPG retail software package in small to moderate sized corporations. Designed and wrote a Point of Sale Module. Wrote or supervised the writing of all custom modifications to the RPG code. Was responsible for four implementations per year. The software package included a full set of financials and inventory management and purchase order entry. 10/87-11/89 Manager of Information Systems Economy Dry Goods, Glens Falls, N.Y. Principal responsibility was the management of all computerized systems. Implemented a new inventory management and order replenishment module in the distribution center. Replaced the POS system in the retail stores and re-wrote a retail accounting custom module. 1/86-10/87 Accounting Manager Reilly Tire, Rutland, VT Principal responsibility was the implementation of Mapics and the production of monthly financial statements. Implemented Mapics financials and inventory management module. Created custom RPG code to interface for inter-corporate billing and store billing. Prepared monthly financial statements for eleven separate, but related companies. Supervised a staff of twelve. 4/80-12/85 Data Processing Manager / Credit Manager CB Sports, Bennington, VT Responsible for two systems conversions: one from a non-IBM environment to an IBM System 34 and the second from the System 34 to the IBM System 38. Implemented a full set of basic financial systems and inventory control, order entry and sales analysis modules. Implemented automated picking system in the warehouse. For a short period of time was also the warehouse manager. Managed the credit department. 10/76-3/80 Economic Development Council of South West Vermont, Manchester, VT 10/75-10/76 Accompanied wife to Yugoslavia where she had been awarded a Fulbright Scholarship. 3/74-10/75 North Central Pennsylvania Regional Commission,Ridgway, PA. 9/70-9/73 Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Pittsburgh, PA
