NICU/Nursery Throughout its 43 year history, Kentec has had a focus and strength in the area of NICU/Nusery with a variety of specialty manufacturers. This experience has given us the opportunity to market medical consumable and specialty equipment with both our privately branded products and those of other manufacturers. These products include temperature monitoring sensors, limb stabilization devices, ECG monitoring electrodes, heel incision devices, heel warmers, venous access and PICC lines, and safety enteral feeding products.

Kentec Medical, Inc. is statused as a small, veteran-owned company. We are FDA registered, and certified to ISO 13485:2003 which allows us to streamline our product development processes and facilitate a continuous improvement in the overall operation of our business.

T o enable Kentec to rapidly interact with the ever-changing medical marketplace, we have developed a competency to develop products that meet the needs of our customers. We are organized to move products through a pipeline.

Kentec is uniquely positioned to respond rapidly to customer needs and market trends. Not only are we privileged to represent some of the leading manufacturers in the healthcare industry, but we have developed our own line of branded products under the Ameritus label.

An adjunct of this product development has been to develop an in-house Regulatory Department in conjunction with FDA Registration and ISO 13485:2003 certification. This has a dual impact. We are able to use our ISO 13485:2003 certified process controls to streamline our product development process and facilitate a continuous improvement in the overall operation of our business.
