At Kentner Sellers, we provide Audit Services to companies that maintain retirement plans such as 401(k) plans and Pension and Profit Sharing plans, and whose plans require an audit. In addition, we provide audit services to not-for-profit organizations whose 403(b) plans require an audit. In addition to providing the required audit services in a cost-effective manner, our goal is to help our clients understand their respective plans and the related filing and compliance requirements.

Mark joined the firm in 1997. Mark has over 20 years of experience working with closely-held businesses with focus areas including manufacturers, technology companies, and construction companies. Mark leads the firm's Employee Benefit Plan Audit practice group and Non Profit practice group. He also leads and participates in the firm's Peer Review Services team.
