Our on-staff merchant support team is available 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday. We provide 24 hour help desk to assist with terminal and PC technical support.

Additionally, we offer business online banking for our business customers who have the desire to use technology to assist in managing their financial needs.

Kentucky Bank offers business loans that are guaranteed by the Small Business Administration (SBA) to companies who have loan requests that might not be approved using traditional bank lending guidelines. Through the SBA we provide capital and operating funds at fixed or variable rates.
