Kentucky Women’s Cancer Screening Program (KWCSP) Kentucky Department for Public Health The Program provides breast and cervical cancer screening and follow-up services, professional education, public education, outreach, quality assurance and surveillance. Women screened or diagnosed through the KWCSP are eligible for treatment through Medicaid.
