Kessler McGuinness and Associates (KMA) is a nationally known firm that specializes in universal design and accessibility planning. We assist our clients complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Fair Housing Act. KMA staff has over 60 years experience in access issues relating to architecture, civil rights, industrial design, planning and gerontology. The firm works with property owners, developers, architects and lawyers to develop compliance programs. We also consult in the application of universal design practices so that clients can capture the power of the physical environment to support people of all ages and abilities in their work, recreational, shopping, and domestic pursuits.
