Mark and Stephanie conveyed to me that you were present and on top of everything, especially making sure the wallpaper in the business center didn't get damaged during the installation. I also was told that the project ended up being a tad more difficult with the pull up of the old stuff. I am sorry that you encountered trouble and I appreciate the effort it took to work through and get the job done on time. The main purpose of this email is to let you know how much I appreciated your involvement on this remodel. From the get go you were front and center with me in helping choose carpet that we didn't initially plan for and when we changed the choice the last time, you didn't miss a beat and just went with it. I also know that you all have been covered up from the floods the past few weeks and your willingness to get us on the schedule last week with not a lot of notice won't soon be forgotten. This level of professionalism and service is just one of the many reasons why we switched to Kevco at Richland after all those years with Sherwin Williams.
