Kevin provided industrial real estate brokerage, build-to-suit development, municipal and multi-state incentive negotiations and consulting services at CB Richard Ellis for over 27 years. He has completed industrial transactions and developments totaling over 13.6 million square feet. He was a top producer for CB Richard Ellis in the Chicago area and nationally. Kevin represented SIOR and AIRE in the drafting of the 6b Cook County industrial property classification statute, the only industrial real estate tax reduction legislation in the history of Cook County, Illinois.

David is an accomplished real estate professional with over 30 years of varied experience in development, leasing, design and related fields of commercial as well as residential markets.
