Kevin M. Kerr is a 1981 graduate of the Bates College of Law at the University of Houston. Upon graduation, he joined Coke & Coke in Dallas, Texas where he began as an associate in the banking section. In 1983, he moved to Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer, & Feld, focusing on real estate acquisitions and bank lending. Kevin served as general counsel for a real estate development and syndication company. Later, he joined Gardere & Wynne in Dallas, Texas in the banking section. In 1989, he opened his own law practice focusing on building long-term relationships with clients, based on trust and prompt, competent legal services at a reasonable cost. professional associations Member, Real Estate Forms Committee, State Bar of Texas, serving as the Chair.
