Mike D'Alessandro came to South Florida in 1971 from Quincy Massachusettes and took a job as Valet Attendant in Miami Beach; valet attendant in the afternoon shift and car washing in the morning. In 1976 he obtained a Real Estate Sales License, and worked nights as a sales associate. In 1980 he was given the opportunity to start his first Valet Service Account in Miami Beach. It was not long after that, that all his time and effort was focusing on his newly formed business. He had grown the company to approxiimatly 20 accounts by 1985. In 1985 he began to service the "up and coming" renovation of the South Beach area. In 1997 he formed Associated Parking Systems and moved all his South Beach Accounts under the Associated Parking Corporation. Today Associated Parking is the largest provider of valet parking services in the South Beach Area and Key Parking Services is a large provider of Condominium and Hotel Valet Service provider throughout Miami Dade and Broward County. Mike D'Alessandro continues to oversee all operations as Corporate President of Key Parking Services and Associated Parking Systems. Mr. D'Alessandro stresses to his management that: "growth is to evolve only at a pace that will assure the focus will stay on quality employees with proper training."
