A native of Durham, NC Debbie McLamb's experience in the real estate field began in 1972. After 12 years with real estate law firms in Raleigh and Durham and 3 years as the Asst. Vice President and Settlement Officer for a title company in Maryland, she brought her valuable experience back to the title insurance industry in North Carolina. Debbie held managerial positions at Raleigh title insurance companies for 14 years before forming Key Title. Debbie has been a member of the Raleigh chapter of the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women for more than 25 years where she has held various positions on the executive board. Debbie is also an active member and sponsor of the Wake County Real Property Lawyers Association and actively sponsors events for the local and state Paralegal Associations and Bar Association. Debbie enjoys cooking, sewing, reading and spending time with her daughter, Danielle and their Yorkshire Terrier, Bentley.
