FOUNDER AND CHAIRMAN Mr. Keyes served as Chairman of Johnson Controls, Incorporated from 1993 until his retirement in December of 2003. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of that company from 1988 to 2002. Johnson Controls, Incorporated is a Fortune 100 provider of automotive systems, batteries and facility management and controls. Mr. Keyes also serves on the board of directors of Pitney Bowes, Incorporated and Navistar International Corporation, and is a trustee of Fidelity Funds, a fund complex consisting of 348 funds as of March 1, 2007. Jim holds degrees in Business Administration from Marquette University and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern. He was a former board member of LSI Logic, the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and the past Chairman of the U.S. National Association of Manufacturers.
