As a prior software executive, multiple business owner and real estate broker, I had extremely high expectations in the management and rental of my second home. It is not a standard rental property and is part of a high end private luxury gated community- with high end appliances, flooring and upgrades. I was concerned how the property would be treated by tenants, what would happen with repairs, and the ultimate wear and tear. I was also very concerned it would not be treated the way I left it or used the way an owner would use their home. Andi and Key's Holiday Rental has by far exceeded my expectations. Andi not only goes above and beyond in servicing tenants but she also treats my property as if it were her own, managing repairs selectively and cautiously, having tenants get rental insurance for damage and miscellaneous things that may break, and making sure the property remains like new. The cleaning crew she facilitates has the place spotless every time I come down and her services are truly is worth every penny. She has a rental software that allows me to schedule my time, handles all the paperwork and responds in usually less than an hour when I have a question.
