Keystone Engineering Group, Inc. was founded in 1997 by four partners who had worked together at a large consulting firm. The founders, Philip L. Schwartz, P.E., Paul J. Lacon, P.E., James J. Panetti, P.E. and David T. McHenry formed their own company to provide a high level of personalized service to their clients. Their goal was to satisfy a need they saw for a nimble and responsive Design Engineering Firm, concentrating on electrical projects for municipalities and private industry.

Keystone has served a wide-range of markets, such as: Energy, Food & Beverage, Transportation, Private Utility, Environmental, Municipal & Federal, Chemical, and Industrial. We take pride in our ability to work within a local context and at the same time, hold a deep understanding of what our clients need. Keystone stands out as a Professional Engineering firm in that we provide preliminary design services, final design, estimation, bidding assistance, and construction management for the majority of our projects.
