Kick It Out is a Heart Tribute Band based in the Philadelphia, PA/South Jersey area. This band was born out of a sincere respect, admiration and love of Heart and their incredible and timeless music. Heart is a rock band formed by two Seattle, Washington sisters, Ann and Nancy Wilson. The group rose to fame in the 1970’s with songs like Magic Man, Barracuda and Dog and Butterfly and continued their success through the 1980’s and 1990’s with power ballads like Alone, What About Love and All I Wanna Do Is Make Love to You. To date they have sold over 30 million albums worldwide and continue to tour each year. All of the members of Kick It Out have been fans of the Wilson sisters since the early Heart days in the 1970’s and feel passionately about performing Heart’s music with authenticity and integrity. Kick It Out will give the audience an experience infused with the power and adrenaline of a Heart concert staying true to the soul and magic of Heart’s unforgettable songs. A show honoring Heart and their music leaving the audience eager to keep the “love alive”, emotionally engaged and moved. The members of Kick It Out are seasoned, accomplished musicians and performers who have been a strong presence in the tri-state area, national and international music scenes for many years. After a long time of wishing and talking about forming a Heart Tribute band, Sandy and Susan, who have known each other since high school, finally were able to make this project a reality and get this “Barracuda” swimming!!
