John has been a Manatee County resident since 1953 and is our founder, President and Sales Consultant; likely the person that will come out to see you. John has achieved the industry-recognized designations of Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR), Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS), and a Certified Green Professional (CGP). He is has been a professional remodeling contractor here in Bradenton and Sarasota for over 25 years.

Richard is a long time area resident; whose expertise is cabinetry. He previously worked in cabinetry at 84 Lumber, Reico Kitchen & Bath, Lowes and Coral Kitchens. With his extensive years of experience and training at these companies; Richard was able to combine them to provide our clients a unique service. He currently is the head of our kitchen and bath department.
