Barnaby Mercer has over twenty-years of experience in project controls, and has worked with some of the world’s largest organizations to improve their project performance. He specializes in analyzing processes and systems to improve the performance of project teams. His recent work involves developing a mission control system to deliver optimized project behavior.

In this situation, we can quickly deploy a standard system to get the team up and running. But flexibility is still valuable because we all know requirements change over time. We embrace change. Kildrummy knows that computer technology and cost management processes are in constant development. We began our operations in the 1980s with PACKS, DOS-based software written in the Clipper language. During the 1990s we developed Windows-based JobPROMS, using Microsoft ® Access, and in the 2000s we created Kildrummy ® CostMANAGER using Delphi. Each system was designed from the ground up following extensive research into our clients’ cost management needs and ICT strategy.
