When Kincaid Construction Company was founded in 1963, I made a pledge which centered on involvement with the company’s clients and prospects. That involvement is a dedication to service.For 40 years, I have stayed involved with every single project on which Kincaid Construction has erected a sign. Not from behind the desk, not from a set of plans, but out in the field.Every week, I visit every job to check quality of work, progress status, cost control and to compliment the project superintendent for his performance.
