Karen joined King Management Solutions, LLC in 2003. Karen’s 23 years experience in the multifamily industry has taken her from Bangor ME to Myrtle Beach SC to Pensacola FL. She has experience in all aspects of property management. Karen has hosted development/leadership/training seminars in Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee and Texas. Karen served as President of the Mid Georgia Apartment Association and has received numerous awards for her outstanding work.

Pete joined King Management Solutions, LLC in 2008 after a 30 year career with Lucent Technologies and Tyco Electronics. As a plant manager, Pete oversaw an operation with 1,500 employees focused on providing quality products and excellent customer service. A leader in driving Six Sigma methodology for improving processes, reducing cost, and providing high quality service, Pete now brings the same commitment to excellence to King Management.
