King Security Services, Inc. was founded by James O. King in 1980 out of a need to improve upon an antiquated system of providing security services. Years of administrative problem solving in the security field, combined with extensive personnel training with the United States Marines Corp., allowed Mr. King to have the necessary skills to establish a company that would be the best in the industry. In 1990, Kimberly U. King took over as President and CEO of the firm.

King Security is pleased to announce the Acquisition of Hawaii based L. Siracusa & Associates, Inc. dba Phoenix Security Hawaii. Founded in 1994, Phoenix Security is one of the largest privately owned and operated security providers in the Hawaiian Islands. The acquisition of Phoenix Security enhances King Security's mode of robust, intelligent and strategic growth.
