King Travel Service, Incorporated and its agents act only as agents for the client in arranging all services with airlines, hotels, restaurants, transportation or any other service and other independent suppliers to provide the client with all services and accommodations offered in conjuntion with any trip. King Travel Service, Incorporated does not assume any liability whatsoever for injury, damage, death, loss, accident or delay to person or property due to an act of negligence of, or in default of, any hotel, carrier, restaurant, company or person rendering any of the services included in the tour, or by act of God. Furthermore, no responsibilities are accepted for damage or delay due to sickness, pilferage, labor dispute, machinery breakdown, flight delays, quarantine, government restraints, weather or other causes beyond their personal control. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority. King Travel Service, Incorporated and its agents will take all reasonable steps to ensure that proper arrangements have been made for the trip, but we can not accept any liability for the actions or omissions of these independent suppliers, over whom we have no direct control. If the client has any dispute with such persons, we will give reasonable help in resolving the situation. King Travel Service, Incorporated has no special knowledge about dangerous flight conditions or dangerous conditions at your destination. In consideration for this agency's issuance of the travel documents that you requested, you agree to release King Travel Service, Incorporated and its agents from all claims arising out of the foregoing.
