Nearly all of our guests traveled from other locations to join us for the celebration and I heard nothing but compliments. It was important to Alex & Geneva to have their wedding in a unique location, and Kirby's certainly accomplished that. In addition, they wanted their guests to not only have a memorable meal, but one that reflected the fall season as well. Scott certainly accomplished that and his menu suggestions could not have been better. SCHRIBER, EVSC CONSULTANT "My wife, Sue, and I live on the East side of Ohio. We needed to host a wedding rehearsal dinner in Evansville for our son, Seth, and soon to be daughter-in-law, Kata Smith. A web search provided several possibilities. One of them was Kirby’s Private Dining. An e-mail to Kirby’s was answered within minutes by a phone call from Kirby’s Event Coordinator, Andrea Dick and the process was begun. Several exchanges of information between Andrea and Kirby’s Owner and Chef, Scott Schymik, was all that was required. A menu selection was made, the number of guests was given to Andrea and all was set! Sue and I visited Kirby’s for the first time on the morning of the rehearsal dinner. We met with Andrea and discussed the plans for the evening. That was it! We, along with our guests, arrived at the appointed time that evening and were greeted with a beautifully set-up venue. Everything was exactly as promised. The food was absolutely delicious and was beautifully presented. My wife and I highly recommend Kirby’s Private Dining.
