You may have concerns which need to be addressed 5 years after the project is complete. We have established fair pricing that reflects the quality project we provide. We involve you in budget decisions with our goal of giving you the best value we can for the dollars you have available to spend.

Kircher Construction began when John and Carrie Bordenkircher started a locally owned and operated Kitchen Solvers Franchise in 1997. Operating out of their home for the first years of business, they soon found they needed a showroom to provide clients the necessary tools for successful projects. The Dayton showroom opened in the local town of Brookville, Ohio in 1999. Poised for success, the business continued to grow, opening an additional design studio in Mason, Ohio in 2004.

No, we are a remodeling firm, not an architectural firm. We make our income by remodeling spaces. We do not make enough money to sustain our business by providing design services alone. Please review our section of the web site describing the “Professional Service Agreement” which states that we are your contractor of choice to remodel your home.

A polite, experienced Project Coordinator is assigned to your project and will stay with it daily from start to finish. This individual is employed by our firm. He will take care of your needs and protect your home during the construction. He will work with the subcontractors, suppliers, Project Manager, and in-house labor to ensure a prompt and high-quality job performance. We provide daily cleanup and keep a neat, safe work site.
