Castle Connolly’s research process involves thousands of doctors and medical leaders. This year’s list considered physicians in Boone, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Johnson, Madison, Marion, Morgan, and Shelby counties.

Dr. Klapper has extensive experience in eyelid and upper and mid-facial skin and soft tissue reconstruction. Dr. Klapper works closely with several Mohs's surgeons throughout Indiana.
