Kleinberg Benefits, Inc. Insurance Services (KBI) is a full service employee benefits consulting organization founded in 1994 and located in Cupertino, California. We bring the best to clients–experience, integrity, practical advice and creativity to assist them in creating a fiscally responsible, dynamic and creative benefit package for its employees. We bring large group experience to the mid-size market.

Before we can help you determine what is best for you, your company and your employees, we discuss your corporate philosophy. We want to find out about you so that our recommendations fit your company’s style. We discuss what others in your industry generally provide to their employees, so that you can position your benefits package where you believe it should be in relation to other companies. Together, we develop a plan which will suit your company’s objectives, style and practice, and will help attract and retain employees.

In order to evaluate your health plans on an ongoing basis, we provide several types of financial reports, such as experience reports, large claims analysis, and utilization reports, when available, to track your employees’ usage and develop action plans to solve problems exposed by the reports.
