Mr. Black is a 1984 graduate of The University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire (B.S. Business Administration), and he received his Juris Doctor in 1987 from Hamline University School of Law. Mr. Black was admitted to the Minnesota Bar in October of 1987, and the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota in September of 1988. Mr.

Christopher T. Stanton is a partner with the firm. His practice is focused primarily on the development and implementation of appropriate estate planning techniques for clients concerned with the preservation of their estates. Mr. Stanton has significant experience in the utilization of wills, trusts, limited partnerships and charitable gifting techniques. Mr. Stanton is a 1983 graduate of St. Johns University (B.S. Political Science), and he received his Juris Doctor in 1986 from Hamline University School of Law School.
