We provide financial reporting on two levels of assurance: *Review - some analytical procedures conducted with limited assurance *Compilation - based upon client information provided and used primarily for internal use.

Kathleen Karasek has been a staff accountant with Klinc & Associates since November, 2012. She has six years of experience in bookkeeping as well as experience in personal taxation and small business bookkeeping, accounting, and taxation.

The firm was founded in July 1999 by Raymond Klinc, who, after spending several years at national, regional and local accounting firms, decided to start an accounting firm with a focus on client service in an enjoyable, open workplace for himself and his staff. The staff currently consists of one partner, two staff accountants, one paraprofessional who is proficient in client write-up and bookkeeping services, payroll services, etc., and one administrative assistant. The firm’s office is located in Solon, Ohio.
