Knickerbocker Maintenance Systems is locally owned and operated and has been serving the South Sound Region since 1979 with over 30 years in the cleaning industry. We are a full service company with janitorial, window cleaning, carpet cleaning and floor care. Knickerbocker Maintenance Systems has been able to succeed for over 3 decades in the janitorial business by consistently providing quality, reliablity and honesty to our customers. Understanding our customer's needs is what our business is all about. Honoring our word and giving our customers more than we promise has allowed us to be the leader in customer service in this region. Knickerbocker Maintenance consists of five divisions. We have a janitorial division, floor care division, window cleaning division, carpet cleaning division and Ultra Distributing, which is a full service janitorial supply company. All of our employees are thoroughly trained and qualified professionals. Our crews specialize in what they do best...carpet cleaning, window cleaning or janitorial service.
