Dan has been in the construction industry for over 32 years, his expertise in the field has enabled him to provide our clients with accurate estimates. With his tenure at Knipp Brothers a framing construction company, Dan helped provide training of the 7 habits program and helped in the development of policies and procedures to include Start Processing. Dan ensures his department is up to date with the latest accurate estimating systems. Dan lives in Arizona where he enjoys his family and works along side his nephews.

Beyond her role as a business leader, Ms. Knipp’s true passion is working with non-profit organizations whose ethics and higher purpose are to support and inspire the community.
