Knoll takes pride in our ability to offer our customers a wide range of product, finish and textile options. As a result products are customized for you and are completed only when your order is placed. Standard items will be delivered to you five to six weeks after you receive your order confirmation email. Quickship items will be delivered to you two to three weeks after you receive your order confirmation email.

Your order is not binding on the Knoll Shop until You have received Your order confirmation from Knoll, which will be transmitted to You through electronic mail. You should print and review Your order confirmation and retain a copy for Your records. Knoll reserves the right, without notice to You, to limit Your order quantity and/or refuse service to any customer. Knoll reserves the right to cancel any order and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions.

You can change or cancel an order containing a Quickship or Vintage product until the end of the next business day , following receipt of Your order confirmation. Any change or cancellation to an order containing Standard delivery products is required within five (5) business days following receipt of Your order confirmation. Any changes or cancellations must be requested by speaking directly with a Customer Service representative at 800-343-5665. No changes or cancellations may be requested by email.
