A long history, a fresh approach We were founded in the 1960s and for nearly 40 years were the in-house training services division of ICL and latterly Fujitsu. We have been independent since 2002 and are now operating as an independent limited company, owned by Root Capital, a niche private equity house (http://www.rootcapital.co.uk).KnowledgePool Group Limited is now a profitable, cash generative company with strong backing from Root who have solid, long term investment plans to turn the company into a £100m turnover specialist BPO company.Since 2002, KnowledgePool has changed dramatically. Although we retain much of the experience gained over 40 years, we no longer own any delivery infrastructure. Instead we employ a highly professional team of experts including consultants, designers, supplier managers, administrators, technologists and project managers - all with a learning background.
